Enhancing the College Experience

University Terrace Apartments offers students attending Tuskegee University exceptional living space to help them make the most of their college experience. We offer by-the-bed rentals with fully furnished common areas. We specialize in student housing!

We engage our student residents with the goal of enhancing their lives. 

We strive to build a sense of community with our staff and students, developing mutual respect, social skills, and accessibility. Leases are available for the 10-month school year or for 12 months. Students must be enrolled in school for the semester for which they are applying.

Student residents and their parents alike appreciate the safety of living in a gated community with controlled access. University Terrace Apartments even feature 24-hour surveillance and onsite  courtesy officers.
